Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) SPI NAND Flash Datasheet
SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface,串行外围接口)NAND为嵌入式系统高密度非易失性存储器存储解决方案中替代SPI-NOR提供了一种低成本、低引脚数的解决方案。
SPI NAND是一种闪存设备,具有标准并行NAND的SLC NAND。串行电气接口遵循工业标准串行外围接口。命令集类似于SPI-NOR命令集。为了处理NAND特定功能,已经做了一些修改。此外,还增加了新的功能以扩展应用程序。SPI NAND共有8个引脚,包括6条信号线加上VCC和GND。密度是1Gbit到8Gbit。
串行NAND的每个块被细分为64个可编程页。每个页面由一个数据存储区域和一个备用区域组成。数据存储区域用于存储用户编程的数据,而备用区域通常用于存储器管理和纠错功能。
