【元件】 顺络新品功率电感MPHM160809系列，具备优异抗干扰、防耦合和漏磁性能，适用于TWS等智能穿戴领域
2022年TWS耳机出货量已达2.877亿台，占个人音频总出货量的68%，TWS耳机对电子元件的需求量庞大。在TWS耳机中，为了能够实现“随叫随到”的优质用户体验，众多功能在未使用时多处于待机状态，待机状态会持续消耗续航，可见续航是TWS耳机一项重要的参数指标。为了提高待机效率，需要用到开关型DC/DC电源芯片进行电源转换，而开关型DC/DC电源转换芯片的外围都需搭配一颗功率电感器作为储能器件。
因此，根据不同产品的功能应用以及不同主平台的集成度差异，单个耳机内需要2-4颗功率电感。鉴于TWS的构造，无线耳机的电源电路中的功率电感需要具备较小的尺寸和中等大小（数百mA）的额定电流，并且要求电感低损耗，以实现高转换效率和强的续航能力。顺络这次推出的MPHM系列不仅在电性能上能满足TWS耳机对功率电感的要求，其独特的制备工艺使该系列在价格方面也有很强的竞争力。
MPHM160809系列是在顺络成熟的叠层平台上研发出的新产品，新品MPHM系列有以下的几个特点：
●针对高密度贴装的电路，MPHM系列产品呈现优异的抗干扰/防耦合、漏磁的性能；
●产品外形设计有Mark标识磁通方向，可以保证贴片后磁场方向一致；
●大额定电流、高可靠性、DCR等优异的电性能；
●满足主流的功率要求，采用叠层工艺，为客户提供高性价比的产品。
