●一般说明:
■74LVC16241A是一款具有3态输出的16位非反相缓冲器/线路驱动器。三态输出由输出启用输入(1OE、2OE、3OE和4OE)控制。所有输入端的施密特触发动作使电路对较慢的输入上升和下降时间具有高度的耐受性。该设备可用作四个4位缓冲器、两个8位缓冲器或一个16位缓冲器。
■输入可以由3.3 V或5 V设备驱动。禁用时,可向输出施加高达5.5 V的电压。这些特性允许在3.3 V和5 V混合应用中使用这些设备。
