■HMC558A是一种通用的双平衡混频器,采用符合RoHS标准的无铅SMT封装,可用作5.5 GHz至14 GHz之间的上变频器或下变频器。该混频器采用砷化镓(GaAs)金属半导体场效应晶体管(MESFET)工艺制造,不需要外部元件或匹配电路。
