Si823Hx将两个独立的门驱动器组合成一个用于高功率应用的软件包。Si823Hx包括具有独立或高/低侧输出的单或双控制输入的设备。这些驱动器可以用3.0条– 5.5条V输入VDD,最大驱动电源电压为30 V。
Si823Hx是驱动功率mosfet和igbt的理想器件,用于各种开关电源和电机控制应用。这些驱动器利用Silicon Labs专有的硅隔离技术,支持高达5 kVRMS的1分钟隔离电压。该技术具有高CMTI(125kv/μs)、低传输延迟和低偏斜、随温度和年龄变化小、低部分匹配等优点。
输出级的独特结构具有一个助推器装置,在负载功率开关的米勒高原区域提供更高的上拉能力,以支持更快的开启时间。该驱动器系列还提供一些独特的功能,如过温保护、输出欠压锁定(UVLO)故障检测、死区时间可编程性和故障安全驱动器,在输入侧电源丢失时默认为低。与光耦合栅极驱动器相比,Si823Hx系列具有更长的使用寿命和更高的可靠性。
