电动汽车BMS系统,一般会选用SPI总线主从控制模式的数据信号通讯,特点是全双工,支持多个从机,但只能有一个主机,典型SPI总线通信示意图参考如下图1所示。

为保证主板与从板间SPI总线通信在严重干扰和其它系统级噪声存在的情况下可不间断、无差错运行,一般需要一款数字通信隔离芯片对SPI总线和控制电路进行电气隔离,针对SPI总线隔离芯片选型一款考虑如下因素:

1、 四通道通信隔离,对应CLK(串行时钟)、MOSI(主出从入数据线)、MISO(主入从出数据线)、SS(片选,低电平有效)等。

2、 绝缘耐压能力:建议选择至少2.5kVrms

3、 高抗干扰

4、 高信号传输速率

5、 低功耗

 

针对如上的设计需求,推荐选择SILICON LABS(芯科)四通道数字通信隔离芯片SI8641ED-B-ISR,非常适用于SPI总线隔离设计,采用宽体SOIC-16封装,主要隔离介质是SiO2,绝缘耐压能力达5.0kVrms,电源工作温度范围-40℃~125℃,推荐理由如下:

1、 5.0kVrms高绝缘耐压能力

2、 高共模瞬态抑制CMTI:最低35kV/μs,典型值为50kV/μs

3、 高信号传输速率:高达150Mbps

4、 具有超低功耗特性,当2.5V供电时,单通道100Mpbs传输,电源电流低至3.5mA;而当单通道1Mpbs传输,电源电流低至1.5mA

5、 市场上有成熟的应用,产品性能得到验证,可pin-pin兼容TI公司的ISO7341-Q1,内部功能框图和pin脚定义对比参考如下图2所示。
